+ Work Permit Application

A work permit lets a foreign national to legally and temporarily work in Canada. They may apply for a work permit at any time before entering Canada.

+ Work Permit Extension

A foreign worker is allowed to extend or renew their work permit if the foreign worker and their employer sign a new employer-employee contract and if applicable, the employer has a new positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or the employer submits a new offer of employment through Employer Portal if the job does not require an LMIA.

+ Federal Skilled Worker

We evaluate the background and qualifications of the applicant-client and give recommendation on the suitable Canadian Immigration program for an applicant and their family members to become permanent residents of Canada. One of the Immigration Programs that we offer that allows clients to live and work permanently in Canada is the Federal Skilled Worker Program.

An applicant is evaluated based on the current Selection Criteria and points system as set by the Ministerial Instruction. The applicant must have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience or continuous part-time equivalent work. The following factors are considered when evaluating the eligibility of the applicant to apply for permanent residence in Canada: work experience, education, official language proficiency, age, offer of indeterminate occupation and immediate relatives in Canada. In additition, if applicable, the spouse’s/partner’s official language proficiency, work experience and studies in Canada are considered.

+ Federal Skilled Trade

We evaluate the background and qualifications of the applicant-client and give recommendation on the suitable Canadian Immigration program for the applicant and their family members looking to become permanent residents of Canada. One of the Immigration Programs that we offer that allows clients to live and work permanently in Canada is the Federal Skilled Trades Program.

An applicant may become a permanent resident of Canada based on their qualifications as a skilled tradesperson. Aside from meeting the required level of official language proficiency and having at least 2 years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade, the applicant must meet all job requirements in that skilled trade as stated in the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The applicant must also have a valid job offer of full-time employment in that skilled trade or a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade from the provincial or territorial body.

+ Canadian Experience Class

We evaluate the background and qualifications of the applicant-client and give recommendation on the suitable Canadian Immigration program for the applicant and their family members looking to become permanent residents of Canada. One of the Immigration Programs that we offer that allows clients to live and work permanently in Canada is the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

If an applicant has worked with proper authorization in Canada for at least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time work in a skilled work under National Classification 0, A and B, they may become a permanent resident of Canada based on their Canadian experience.

+ Provincial Nominee Program

We evaluate the background and qualifications of the applicant-client and give recommendation on the suitable Canadian Immigration program for an applicant and their family members looking to become permanent residents of Canada. One of the Immigration Programs that we offer that allows clients to live and work permanently in Canada is the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

PNP provides a quicker way and more options for applicants to immigrate to Canada. Each province establishes its own PNP criteria and requirements and if applicants satisfied these criteria, the provincial government nominates the applicant to the federal government for permanent residency.

+ Study Permit

A foreign national may study in Canada and be given a study permit. To be eligible, the applicant must have been accepted by a designated school, college, university or other educational institution in Canada.

+ Family Sponsorship

A Canadian citizen or a permanent resident living in Canada can sponsor close family members living abroad.

  • Sponsor your spouse, partner or dependent children
  • Sponsor your parents and grandparents
  • Sponsor your adopted children and other relatives

+ Working Holiday Program

Young foreign nationals (ages between 18 and 35 years old) whose countries have bilateral agreements and arrangements with Canada have opportunity to travel and work in Canada under Working Holiday Program of International Experience Canada. No job offer from Canada is required and young nationals can work for more than one employer and in more than one location in Canada.

We ensure that clients get settled in Canada. Together with the employer, we:

  • Welcome and pick up workers at the airport.
  • Check if comfortable accommodation is provided by the employer.
  • Accompany worker to their workplace, apartment and community.
  • Assist in application for Social Insurance Number (SIN), provincial health card, Bank Account and or Driver’s License.
